staff was polite and professional, it was fast and the interview didn't last more than 30 minutes.

I arrived for my biometrics appt 1.5 hours before my scheduled time. There was only one other person other than myself. I was in and out in 15 minutes. The process was quick and smooth. I parked in the parking garage right across from the building.

We arrived with our attorney at the USCIS Office in downtown Cincinnati at 12:15. Our appointment was for 12:30, but per our attorney, he made sure we were early! While we were waiting our attorney's son, who also practices immigration law, walked out of an interview with his client and told us that they had been running about an hour behind. I thought I would DIE! I was already shaking from head to toe, a complete nervous wreck. But thankfully, the officer we were to see was not running behind! Within ten minutes we were back with her and the interview began. She was very kind and asked us very few questions. She gave me a reassuring look and told us we would hear something in the mail about our case. Overall it went very well! Now we wait!

Had a biometrics appointment at 1pm, in the midst of a snowstorm. There was parking across the street (it's on Main between 5th and 6th) but we found on-street between 6th and 7th for a $5 afternoon flat-rate. Through the x-ray machine, the office (tucked away on the first floor) had seating for 20 or so and magazines, though there was no-one around to enjoy either. Got seen to very promptly by friendly staff, had a squirt of hand cleaner and filled out a simple form (all you need to take is your passport and appointment letter.) A couple of minutes later got taken in for fingerprinting - a tad laborious, but fine, just relax - and a quick photo. Then filled out a comment card. In and out in 10 minutes, no problems.

This was the easiest interview experience I could have possibly asked for. Part of the reason may be that our case was more than clearcut, since we walked in with title of joined property and newborn baby. I was in the room with my spouse and the officer asked us some questions jointly (i. e. not directed at any one of us in particular). Mostly they were questions that we did, in fact, not know the answer to (e. g. how many ceiling fans are in your new house). We just looked at each other in puzzlement and guesstimated. The whole thing took about 15 minutes with no wait (same was true at fingerprinting when I was the only one in the entire office). My impression of the Cincinnati office is very good and the processing time was much faster than I expected.
