Most positive. Things moved along well and only one person gave us a little trouble telling us we did not bring all the paperwork required (we did and more!) I suspect we were victims of intimidation, however that doesn't work on me and we stood our ground, eventually getting through the process and out of the office.

Interview scheduled for January 29, 2019 at 130pm. Actual start 2pm. Discussed how we met, how was the proposal. Confirmed information on i-130, i-130a, i-485. Looked at all pictures and asked us where it was taken and if there were other people in the the photo, asked us to identify them. Interviewer asked for i-693, paystubs, shared documents (bank accounts, lease). Approved for conditional non resident. Interview took about 20 minutes.

Adjustment of Status Based on Marriage (From K1)

I think it’s important to note, that we didn’t receive paper NOA1s and also the interview notice- so we had to open a case to get a copy.
We arrived at 12:45 and the appointment was at 1:15. We got called back at 1:25.
We were interviewed together. Questions Asked:
They went through the questions from the application.Asked my husband if I had ever been involved in drugs or terrorism. They both laughed at that.
Asked him my birthdate and my daughters.
Asked me his birthdate.
Asked him our wedding date.
Asked me his parents names.

Pretty smooth and easy interview. Officer only asked us questions mainly to verify the information on the application. There was hardly any question concerning our personal life. Great experience.
