My wife went there for her biometrics appointment. We arrived 15 minutes early (0745). Her appointment was at 0800. The office opens at 0800. At 0800, the lady checked everyone's appointment letter and ID. Once inside, my wife was asked to fill out a quick form (name, DOB, SSN, A#, etc). They called her number right away, with no wait. the actual biometrics took 5 minutes. We were in and out in 20 minutes. Everyone was very nice and respectfull, except the lady at the door checking ID's. Although, she was not disrespectful, it was obvious that she was being bothered by us (the customers). Everyone else, even the security guards were very nice to us. Thanks! Rated a 4 only because of the lady at the door.

Finaaaally!!! thanks to visajourney, all the topics i have read here were very helpful. We had out interview this morning at Chula Vista branch and it went well.
We arrived around 8:15, my interview was scheduled 8:45am. When we got there, there were only about 5-7 couples sitting. We just waited for our names to be called accordingly. My name was called around 9:10am. The IO can't even pronounced my last name, oh well, she just called me by my first name. So my hubby and I entered the interview room and before we sat she made us oath. First thing she asked was my passport, birth certificate, my husband's naturalization papers or proof of citizenship. She checked and compared the original from the photocopied and returned to me all my original copies. She also took a copy of our marriage certificate and verified the divorce papers we submitted (K1 visa, Fiance visa) were certified and original. She then began asking my personal info like my real name, address, telephone ... read complete review

Great experience: walked in for the 9:15 appointment at 9:10. Filled out the name change form.
Was called by IO at 9:15 sharp. Interview lasted 25 minutes. IO was very friendly and considerate; it was clear that he understood that the process is nerve-wrackin as is and he wanted to make it as comfortable as possible. At the end of the interview, he congratulated me on passing the test and issuance of recommendation for approval. Oath letter arrived within a week as he'd suggested.

The interview went pretty smoothly. The officer was very nice. We waited for about 5 minutes past our appointment. There was no problem at all.
