Very cool experience and no hassle. Interview was over zoom and all documents needed were put in an envelope and left with the staff member helping get everyone set up.

Probably one of the best immigration experiences I have ever had. The office is run like a fine tuned operation.
We got there 30 minutes before the interview time. Got in line outside at 20 minute mark. Got in around 15 minutes before interview. They asked the mandatory Covid questions. Asked if we had any weapons, sharp objects etc and proceeded us to security which took all of 2-3 minutes. From there, was directed to the second floor for naturalization interview. I likely waited 5 minutes for my turn. The officer was great and very professional. Administered the civics test, written and verbal. From there, we went through some questions around the application and then the yes/no questions. The next thing I knew he was asking if I minded waiting a bit for the next oath ceremony? And that was it! Done in less than 20 minutes from appointment time!!!
I think I spent the most time waiting for the oath. They wanted certain interview slots to be done before ... read complete review

AOS interview. Charlotte building is very nice. Lined up outside before interview and went through security. Sat in a waiting room until called by officer within 10 minutes. Had interview at window in waiting room. Officer very courteous and efficient. Just basic questions about DOB, address, how we met, etc. Nothing hard or invasive. Officer did not request any additional information or want to see originals or more photos. Officer informed us case was approved and congratulated us at end of interview. Overall, good experience except for the long wait to get here

We had our AOS interview at 9AM and we were out by 9.20AM. Due to COVID-19 distancing protocol interviewees were let inside into the waiting area exactly at their appointment time.
We were surprised to find TSA level security scanning, which seems in line considering it is a federal facility. Routine, but just didn't expect that earlier.
At the interview, the officer had our 485 and 130 with him and was nice to talk to. He tried to break the ice a couple of time to make us feel at ease, I guess he could read my wife and were a little stressed. After the usual questions he verified that the information in the 130 and 485 about job and residency etc. were still correct. Since my wife and I both changed employers in the meantime, he made those corrections in the form, not sure if it had any significance but could be used to just double check before approving the case. Oh and I also offered to submit a new I864 (affidavit of support) with the updated info abou... read complete review
