First interview went great , second HAPPENED THIS MORNING 9/23/14 AROUND 10 AM was horrible officer Maria P Urias was pretty rude and showed total lack of empathy , me and my wife came together drove 3 hrswe have a decent and valid marriage our attorney lives in California, but forwarded all demanded papers to USCIS and told us our case was clear they will just talk to us and approve petition, still we were treated like a bunch of low life criminals(we both make good money came in nicely conservatively dressed). At the end after trying to intimidate us about taxes(my wife filed an extension , which is our right and not illegal even in Idaho) and my past reckless driving conviction , which was dismissed the officer asks so you were married for 2 years what's in it for me ???!!! I am not sure if she wanted a bribe or whatever we paid all the necessary fees...So my advice if your assigned examination officer is Maria P Urias , just run away and come back with a good attorney!

She made us swear, copied our ID's, and then just asked us questions from g-325a like our full name, date and place of birth, address, name of our parents, and all "no" questions from I-485. Then she said "tell me your story, how did u guys meet and where" and then she asked "do u have new evidences of your relationship that I don't have already on your record"- we gave her our common phone bill, the last statement from our joint bank account, my husband's contract with the NAVY(because my name is mentioned there as his spouse) and his life insurance that I am his beneficiary. Then she ask for my passport in order to remove my I-94 fro... read complete review
