The interview was easy and the staff was very polite and friendly. He went over all of the AOS packet questions and updated everything. He keep all the copies of mortgage statement, bank statements, utilities bills, pictures. We were very nervous but they were great about making you feel more comfortable with how nice they were.

Upon entry had to show documentation for appointment that day, then pass through metal detector. Had to wait on one side of the large waiting area to show appointment documentation and ID then was asked to set on other side of large waiting room to be called back by officer. Arrived approximately 30 mins early and waited approximately 1 hour past interview time until called back. Two of us (immigrant and spouse) went everywhere together, including into the interview room with the officer. We were not asked to remove clothing or electronic devices. Upon entry into officer room (normal looking office) we were sworn in by officer. Officer reviewed our AoS documentation (page by page, question by question). Officer paraphrased the questions to reduce time and changed some answers on the documentation to be the most upto date information. After completing the AoS documentation review we provided proof of relationship such as pictures, joint bank & credit card accounts, rental agreements, ... read complete review

Arrived 30 mins early. Immediately upon entering the facility (after going through security checkpoint and providing ID and interview letter) we (spouse and immigrant) were handed a number. When number was called went upto window to an officer for check-in. Our AoS interview letter was presented and immigrant is asked to provide fingerprint and have picture taken. After check-in we were put into waiting area for immigration officer interview. Waited for nearly 1 hour after 1:15pm scheduled appointment time on Thurs. Officer called us to normal looking office room and began procedure after swearing us both in (to tell the truth, nothing but the truth...). We were able to keep our phones and electronics but did not use them during the interview. Interview lasted approx 20 mins. Officer asked for ID from both of us. Officer went over all i485 submitted document verifying and updating information (we had to add immigrants current employment address) and verifying all of the questions asked... read complete review

The interview lasted about 20 minutes. The questions are not difficult and are easy for a real married couple to answer. Boise office is professional and treated us with respect.
