Hello,
Interview was for 3:30 pm July 26, 2017-yes that was yesterday!!, as per the instructions of not arriving earlier than 30 mins of the appointment time, we checked in at security at 3:10 pm. We got signed in at the counter near the security chk point and were informed to go in and stand at point (stop point), where are checking officer will call you forward and check you in and hand you a calling number. After we did that and got the number out wait was not very long as we were called in exactly at 3:30 pm, by and interviewing officer (IO) who announced my name on the speaker.
Our IO was very warm and pleasant, he made me and husband feel extremely comfortable through the process, he even laughed along with us
during our interview about things we fumbled with it. He asked my husband 5-6 question and then he asked me about 8-10 questions. All the questions he asked were directly from the packet information we sent. He were not asked a single q... read complete review

just got back from our interview (december 2016 filer). the interview was scheduled for 10:45am. we weren't sure how early we needed to be there so we arrived at 9am only to realize we couldn't check in until 30min before our scheduled time lol... luckily there weren't a lot of people and we got called in by a 35yo-ish female officer at 10:48am to the actual interview.
there wasn't any major surprise at the interview, although it took a lot longer than we initially expected. it lasted a whole 40min lol that was so different from what i've read on the forum. but then i feel like maybe it wouldn't take as long for other applicants because my husband and i are just extra talkative and love going into all the details...
officer at first asked us for our IDs & passports, and if we had any documents that we wanted to give her. so we gave her our latest 2 joint bank statements, lease agreement, 2 phone bills, 2 utility bills, 3 pay stubs, 2 health insurance cl... read complete review

Hi everyone,
Check-in for our interview at the Baltimore office was easy. We sat in a large waiting room for only about 20 minutes before the officer called us in. We did not use an attorney, we found it unnecessary. We filed everything by ourselves and went to the interview by ourselves. However, some other couples in the waiting room did have an attorney with them, so feel free to bring an attorney if that makes you more comfortable or you have a complicated situation.
The officer was serious but professional. He interviewed us both in the same room for around 35 minutes. He asked each of us questions and instructed the other person not to answer for the other. The questions he asked are more or less a review of your application and your relationship/marriage. In other words, if you are a legitimate couple like we are, you should have nothing to worry about. If you are trying to fool them, don't waste your time or theirs. It is very obvious to them w... read complete review
