Good, solidly operated office. Made two visits to them before traveling to be with my wife in person for the first time and asked them questions about things my wife and I should be sure to do while together to best prepare for upcoming visa application. Asked questions about making married name change and such. Their answers were helpful and reassured me what we should do. I asked them why they don't take questions online or by e-mail or on the phone and it is to assure the identity of the person asking, they told me.

My husband and I showed up 45 minutes early for our 8:00 appointment. The guards were outside and told us the office would open at 7:30. When the office opened, they let us in, asked for passports and appointment letter, and we went through security (airport-like). The security guards were friendly. We were told to sit in the waiting room and that our IO would come meet us there.
After about 10 minutes, our IO showed up and led us to his office. He swore us in and asked me (the beneficiary) questions on the I-485: parent's first names, date of birth, and asked all the questions on pages 3-4. After that, he talked mostly to my husband asking how we met and how long we had been married. He then asked if we had anything to document the relationship since the wedding. He quickly browsed through utility bills (under both names), joint banking information and photos and told us he was granting the green card and explained we would have to go through ROC in 2 years. Overall a smooth a... read complete review

We arrived at 8:30am for our 9 am appointment and was told there was a 2 hour wait because a blizzard had hit the day before and the interstates were closed. So we waited but got called in at 9:30 for the interview. The lady was very nice but a bit disorganized. She gave us the oath and told us we were being video-taped. We were asked for ID and proof of residency. She asked us if we had any kids, if I was working and if my husband was still working. She asked a couple of questions off the I-485 form, took my I-94 out of my passport and explained about the conditional green card. That was it, approved on the spot. She never asked for any evidence at all. Very simple and not stressful at all.
