The interview was a painless process for us I’m pleased to say!!!!!
We arrived at 7:45 to get in line and my fiancé was let in about 8:15. I couldn't go in even though I'm an American ... (rubbish if you ask me)!
I waited outside for about an hour before heading back to the hotel and at 11:30 he called me to say that he was finished and that he had been issued a 221(g) and that when we submitted the paper that was missing we'd get his visa. He was TOLD by the man who interviewed him that he was approved pending the submission of one last form.
So we returned to the embassy at 3:00 p.m. with the missing paper (the original 1-134) and that was that. The embassy called the next day to tell us to come and pick up his visa at 3:00 p.m.
His interview was short and sweet. Only a few basic questions. He believes that the decision was already made to issue him a visa prior to his interview. Thus, I'm lead to believe that the strength of the I-129F is VERY importan... read complete review

Very smooth process. The staff was very polite and the interview was very short, only few questions asked like where you are going to live in the U.S and when are you going to get married. If your relationship is valid, then don't sweat it, you will get your visa.

Interview was November 30, 2011. They cancelled the interview that day and he was told to come back the next day. He went back and was unable to answer a few questions they asked. The returned our petition back to USCIS for processing. We are still waiting to hear from them. As of now 3/29/2012 they still have not received our information. They said that it can take up to six months to get it back and then another six months to process. Long long wait!

This was our third time there for Visa....after being sent back to USCIS and NOIR done and reapproved...called to consulate for afternoon interview. Told to bring passport. Interview with man...few questions..looked at pics I had brought in (my wife lived with me in Morocco for year and half and was there, so only evidence to bring was pics). The man was very nice, polite, and pleasant. He talked to me for a short time, looked at pics, said sit down let me look at pics. I sat for about 10 min, called me back..said approved, heres what u need to bring us (in way of paperwork: new physical, police, court reports). They said bring in docs, which I did a few days later, said they would call for me to pick up VISA. Week later got call to pick up. This was my ONLY pleasant interview that I had there.
