ok, so I am not good at detail as some of you but here we go, lol. Imad arrived at the consulate about 6:30 am an waited at the coffee shop across the road. He stayed there until about 7:30 am and got inline with the other people waiting. He said some people went around and collected there appt letters. He said about 8 am they were allowed to go in. First he said he went into a room where they collected there belongings, like cell phones and things not allowed inside. Then they were put in a large room with about 7 or 8 windows for people to conduct interviews. He said there were a lot of people there. Next he said he sat there for a little while and then they called his name and he went up to drop off his financial things. At first he said he was scared because they told him he didn't have the right papers. Then he told the man at the window, wait because I had sent both I-134 and I-864 just in case. The man said ok and took the I-134. That's the one they needed. Next the man asked h... read complete review

Didi had an 8:00 appointment for his K-1 interview in Casablanca. He arrived early and subsequently waited 3 hrs + to be called after approximately 9 other men. Only two men were approved before him and they were lottery winners. The others were all turned away for insufficient evidence, financials or unsatisfactory translations. His interview lasted 30 minutes approximately. It was with a Chinese American woman. He was asked very few of the expected questions. She seemed to NOT have even looked at the application as she asked many questions that were answered there. She typed every word that was spoken by him. After 30 minutes, she gave him his passport and simply said, "We will contact you." That was it. He attempted to get more information like 'in how long' or 'how will you contact me' and she simply repeated, "We will contact you." We are now in a torturous wait. We are being told every story in the book by other Facebookers and VJers and the possible outcome appears to run the ga... read complete review

My fiance went in this morning at 8am and was out at 11:30. The people were all really kind and went in to the actual interview it was only about 7 minutes long with 4 questions. They didnt look at our packet with evidence of ongoing relationship. The interview was in a private room with glass between the CO and my fiance and they were talking on the phone.
How did you meet your fiancee?
How do you communicate with her parents?
What did she do in Morocco? °I am a returned Peace Corps volunteer
What kind of work do you want in the US?
my fiance talked until the CO asked another question.
I really filled the first file I sent in to USCIS with many different types of things (photos with our families together, a letter from him to my father asking for my hand and the reply, passport stamps and print-outs of travel itineraries, packages receipts of things he sent to me and papers about my Peace Corps work and experience... read complete review
