My fiance had his interview on March 6. He said the woman interviewing him was very nice, and smiled at him in a friendly manner. She asked him only four questions, however, about 1. my previous divorce (which happened a year ago, after a three year custody battle-they have proof of divorce and documentation showing I have been legally separated since 2008.) 2. his work experience 3. If I have been to visit since leaving Morocco in June 2012 (he said yes, as I visited for 10 days in January) and 4. his plans in the US. She then told him that everything was ok, but handed him his passport and said she would contact him in 1 or 2 weeks. She did not give him a 221g form or ask him for any additional information.
We provided a LOT of evidence of our relationship, and my income far exceeds the minimum required by the US citizen. While I live in the US now, I lived in Morocco between 2009-2012 with my daughter, and worked at the same American school as my fiance for three y... read complete review

I waited about three hours until my name was called. The room was crowded with many waiting. I had time to listen to many of my brothers explaining to the people behind the glass why they love there spouse or fiance. Some of those people were never given the opportunity to even say much and were told to leave with no,visa. The brother next to me waited with me as his, interciewed was before mine. He and fiance had been together two, years, and she was muslim convert from america. They were under 20 years of age he,said but her family, came too to meet his. I didnt think this interview was like, this all I hear. Thoses people say horrible things like, why she convert just, for you, why she so young and you cant take, care of,her as she lives at home and goes to college and you both will live off her, parents.
My name was called and I felt sick hearing three hours of sad words.
Here my interview.

Interview appointment at 8, husband was finished and back at the cafe by 10:15. Saw 3 female fiancé/spouse visa applicants denied before he was called. He was the first male fiancé/spouse applicant. Interview lasted under 5 minutes.
He started off by saying, "What's uuuuup?" twice. The older, blonde, female CO seemed surprised by that and said, "'What's up?' This is an interview!" My husband said, "Yes, this is an interview, but I want it to be a casual chat, I don't want to feel like I'm being interrogated in a police station." He then caught her cracking a smile that she tried to hide, and she started the interview.
She asked:
How did we meet
what kind of site was that/why were you on it
what attracted you to her
What religion is she
when did you meet her parents
Tell me about your wedding
What does she do for a living
what do you do for a living
when was her first visit

Hi everyone, I know that I’m posting this a little bit late but forgive me. My husband’s review wasn’t bad it only took him 20 min. When he entered inside the consulate he waited like an hour then he was been called by a Moroccan guy he took only the Medical envelope and asked him: Have you been married before? Has your wife been married before? Is that the first marriage for both of you? Do you have kids with your wife? After he was asked to have a seat and wait till his name get called.
Three girls were called before him by an old American lady with short hair. He said he can hear her and see her pointing with her index finger to one of them. The interview with the girls took at least 45 min to an hour but one of them wasn’t approved & I don’t know why. After like 2 hours waiting my husband got called by the American old lady she told him to swear that everything in these papers are correct then to pick up the phone & have a seat. She asked him:
How did you me... read complete review
