On May 28, 2009 My fiance went in to interview. He went in about 7 am and did not come out til 12:30 practically the last one out that was able to be interviewed, others had to come back later that afternoon. Blue slip. Two documents requested involved relationship between myself and his aunt in the united states. although she and i have never met in person, (which i was required to notarized the letter to describe our correspondence) and he was requested to produce a list of relatives and their info in the usa. June 1, 2009 we came back to notarize the letter and for him to submit the letters between 1-2. He went in at 1 and did not come out til 3:45. another blue slip. they felt that we did not provide enough credible evidence of our relationship and there were contradictions in his version of the development of our relationship. they say it will go back to the USCIS but prior to that the immigrant visa chief will review it. what should I do??

She was not asked if she spoke English. They just launched into the interview in VN and without realizing it she was answering in VN. Halfway through, she realized she was speaking VN and switched to answering in English because many answers were easier to give in English. All the questions kept coming in Vietnamese through the translator, even when she answered in English. That was kind of good because it prevented any misunderstandings on her part and s... read complete review

Well, the Co who interviewed both of us was very courteous and kind. I feel that our interview was fair and just.
