Some of the 'normal' visa processing has started again for spousal visas amid COVID-19, so I figured I'd write own my experience.
My USC spouse was not allowed inside as he wasn't on the list. (In spite of having requested it multiple times.)
After passing through security, there were no lines anywhere since non-immigrant visas have not begun processing yet. I was told to make my way to the first floor and towards the immigration visa section.
Once I arrived I was asked to provide all my documentation (no DS 5540) along with photocopies of the police certificates and civil documents. Interviewers were nice, other staff were kind of rude. Was told to sit in a certain spot, and then was told off for sitting in that spot and moved.

2) security: they didn't ask me to remove my liquids but turned their xray screen around, pointed at the screen and asked me 'whats that?' repeatedly as I continue to rummage in my bag showing them lip balm, antibac gel, hand cream etc. If you don't want that hassle, leave these things at home or elsewhere
3) when you pass security, you walk up to another building with that massive queue. Use the door on the left - it said it was for US citizens so you can skip that line and wait at the reception desk. The lady is serving other people in that queue but she stopp... read complete review
