I was In and out of embassy in London within 45
Minutes. I was extremely nervous (for obvious reasons, as have been waiting on this day for 2 years), but it really was a very smooth process like everyone says. The only paperwork I was asked for was my birth certificate, marriage certificate and police certificate. No photocopies needed. They also didn’t require my husbands divorce certificate or tax transcripts. After a ten minute wait after my paperwork review, I was called up for my “interviewâ€. The only questions I was asked were “how did you meet your husband†and “when do you plan on leavingâ€. The staff at the embassy were extremely friendly and from someone that suffers from extreme nerves, I can honestly say this part of the process was the easiest. part.

DH [Mr. Idu] had is interview yesterday. Below is his review:
A rainy day in London, as usual.
The interview process was very easy. Every step of the way, embassy staff are nice and very efficient. The whole process (arrival to leaving) took about an hour.
Arrived 30 minutes prior to the interview scheduled time. If you arrive too early security will make you wait and come back. 30 minutes was the sweet spot. Whatever gate arrived at they will direct you to the correct gate for your circumstances. Didn’t bring laptop/tablet, as they don’t allow them. Only brought cell phone.
First stage interview occurred immediately and lasted about 15 minutes. The officer asked for and reviewed the civil documents paperwork and the passport. This was to certify the copies. This is also where they
took the 2019 tax return. Fingerprints taken here.
*There was a bit of a snafu with uploading 2019 taxes, bu... read complete review

What a day! Interview was at 10:00AM Oct 26 2020. I arrived at the Embassy around 09:30AM so I sat around on the wall. I noticed there were 2 x sign posts. One said "Visas", and indicated "this way" and I had to walk along to read the other said said . There were some people congregated around the door at the other sign so I though it best to take a look. Embassy staff were engaged with some of those congregated. As I returned to my seat adjacent to the "Visas" sign a member of Embassy staff asked my name and I explained what I was there for. It was about 09:35. I asked for my DS 260 and passport and 2 x pics which I handed over. The docs were returned to me with a scribble and 10:00AM annotated on the DS260. I was then invited in and went through Security. Airport style. Collected my belongings and made my way up the slope toward the main building. Again, an Embassy staff member was speaking with someone at the door. I waited outside the door of the Visa queue (line) expecting someo... read complete review
