I did not attend the interview with my Fiancee; this review is based on what she told me.
She was very happy with the interview. She spoke with an American woman who was fluent in English. The interview took about 5 minutes and had minimal questions. My finance even said the woman interviewing her joked some.
The questions asked where: What is your fiance's job? When did you meet your fiance? When will you marry? Do you speak English? (She said no, but explained that I have been studying Russian for 1.5 years and will help her learn).
She said good luck and to expect the visa in 5 days.

I attended the interview with Lana, although, I was not called to speak with the consular. I believe it is a good idea to attend. your fiancé(e) needs to be prepared as in knowing about your life, family, lob, house and the area where you live. Lana knew the answer to every question without pausing. I felt bad for some as they were denied due to not knowing information or taking the time to get to know about the life of their fiancé(e). Staying calm and knowledgeable with being honest will help in getting an approval.

:goofy: Hey everyone! i just got from Kiev, so I got it!!!! Passed medical in 22 and interview on 24!
Entered the embassy at around 8:15 (it was on 8:30) and went out at 9:30! In three words - fast, easy and positive!
Interview went so great! Woman who was talking with me was REALLY cool! It seems to me that she was asking me not like a "she is a serious worker", but like friend!
So, questions were the following:
1) when did you meet?
2) how many times he was in Ukraine? how much time did we spend together?
3) what is his job?
4) what is my job?
(he is a musician and i'm an artist so she was interested in as she said ARTISTIC couple)
5) why do I know English so good? :idea:
and the last one
6) retell me your rights from the brochure in Ukrainian ::secret:
and that's all! She smiled all the time and gave me back my papers and a paper - your visa is approved!
Today 25th I got home and the status ... read complete review

For storage of personal items during a visit to the Embassy, there is a pharmacy located very close. There are storage lockers for 40 hryvnas available. It is a very convenient place to leave your phone for that inevitable call for a taxi when you are done.

It was short and sweet. 5 minutes tops all in all. Standard questions: when and how did you meet, how many times did he visit you, have you been to the US before, do you have wedding plans. The lady was very friendly, smiled all the time, then said my Visa was approved and I was on my way.
