Interview was very simple and straightforward. They called Efe into the embassy and asked him to submit the payment receipt, medical interview report, passport, and any new evidence. He then waited inside for about 2 hours until he was called. The interviewer asked if Efe understood the K1 process (that we have to marry within 90 days), if he's excited to get married, how we met, what I do for a living, and what his plans are for the future. The interviewer was polite, kind, patient, and congratulated Efe many times on his visa approval.

Interview was very quick and painless. Questions asked:
So, you are getting married?
How did you meet?
Where does she live?
Officer was very nice and polite. Before the interview, he asked if my fiance wanted to do the interview in English or Turkish. He chose English.
After the interview he was told to go to the UPS counter. Visa should arrive in the next 2-3 days.

applicants also get interviewed in Ankara, Turkey.
We had to wait until 9:20AM to get in because security office told us that
there is already a long line inside and even he let us get in we would wait over there. Security officer then told me that USC spouse is not allowed to get in due to new regulation. So I wished good luck to my wife and she got in around 9:20AM and I was waiting for her outside.
This is what she told me about her interview;
After security check there was a counter where she had to wait half hour because there was another long line for immigrant via. Here they asked for the appointment letter, medical test results and 2 pi... read complete review

Not many questions. Specified a preference for Turkish but they asked in English and that went okay. I have to assume if it hadn't, they would have interviewed in Turkish. Interviewer was very nice and seemed sincere when she said, "Welcome to the United States!"
