Plesant experience overall from beginning to end. Would have given a 5 if not for the mistake in my appointment time.
Interviewer was friendly and kind. They asked for my name and birthdate, then took my fingerprints. After that, they asked about my previous visas to the US (F1 student visas) and I said I had applied for them at this embassy too and was working on my Master's still. Then they asked about how we met (while I was studying) and how many times we have met across our relationship. I explained that we made trips to see each other and to a couple of other places together and they commented that our photos in traditional costumes were cute! Then they said that it all looks good and I can expect my passport in a week.
The interview took around 10-15 minutes but I waited for a long time in the embassy because they mistakenly recorded my appointment time as 8.30am when it was in fact 7.30am. So I was in the embassy from 7.15-9.15ish.

I just wanted to add a few things to my review. My wife took a LOT of paperwork to the interview with her. There were only a few things that the interviewer was really interested in seeing.
1. LINE history, Showed chat conversations and number and length of video calls. This showed that we talk about 2 hours a day.
2. Bank statements showing that I have been supporting my wife financially since April 2019
3. Printouts of Facebook posts and pictures that I have posted including wedding and several from the Honeymoon trip (G-Rated)
These all show a bonafide relationship.
Just a few things to consider as you prep for your interview.

My fiance went to through her interview and said that the interview overall went well. The consulate will check your documents before calling your queue. The questions that she was asked was as follows:
1) How did you meet your fiancé?
2) What does your fiancé do?
3) How many times did you meet?
4) Did he meet your family?
5) What state does he live in?
6) Has your fiancé been previously been married?
7) Tell me about your engagement.
8) How long have you been living in Thailand?
9) What do you do?
10) What other countries have you visited? And for how long?
Overall it went well. Nothing to worry about if the relationship is genuine.
