My fiancé arrived at 7:00am, she was done with the process by 9:00am. Embassy personnel were courteous and professional. Questions were simple and to the point.

Interview took a total of 10 minutes, after a 40 minute wait in line. Approval was given but have to submit original Thailand name change document as only a copy was submitted. Document was mailed to embassy on 10/2/2017

She said it only took 3 minutes. They asked her a few general questions about my children, my ex, and how we met. Piece of cake!

My Fiancee had her interview, and they said she was approved they just needed my W-2 form I had neglected to include. I had that mailed to them on the 7-19, 2 days later. I sit here today on 8-10, and no change from embassy. You cannot get updates, you cannot talk to anyone, you cannot make an appointment go inside and talk to anyone. It is shut up, wait and don't bother us, maybe we will get to you. You cn go look at CEAC tracker to see your case, unfortunately they never bother to update the site! I am a U.S. citizen paid tons of taxes and they treat you like an enemy! The Bangkok Embassy is at least for K-1 Visa is a test in frustration!!
