She got there around 6am, didn't get done until almost about 9:30am.
But the interview was through something like a ticket window you would see at a movie theater, sometimes difficult to hear. Some people say that you have the option for the interview to be in Thai but she did not get the option and had to do it in English.
Questions were all in English.
1) where was he born
2) Where does he live
3) Where does he work.
4) When did he visit you.
Ok I approve your visa will be ready in 1 week
Just to play it safe practice in English also just in case you don't get a interview in Thai option

My Fiance arrived at 7am. She was shown in and waited until her name was called, about an hour to an hour and a half. When in the second room she waited again until her name was called. Her appointment was scheduled for 8am and she spoke to the interviewer by 9am. She was only asked 4 questions, where did we meet, what was my job, how many times did I visit, and when will we get married. He said approved and you will get visa in 1-2 weeks. Nice older man that was Thai.

The interview was scheduled for 10:30 a.m. She arrived at 8:30 and stood in line with other appointments in order of their scheduled times. She was asked to come to the window at 10:00 am. Gave paperwork to the first person at the window, spoke in Thai (about a 20 min exchange). Afterward went inside sat inside while two interviewees concluded their interviews. At 10:50 am called into the interview desk (one of four desks divided by panels). Kind and smiling male interviewer. Asked if can speak English -yes. Ask questions in English - How did you meet your fiancé? When did you meet your fiancé? Did your fiancé come to Thailand? Where does your fiancé live? Where does fiancé work? (some small talk) Okay, good luck. You will receive your Visa in 7-10 days.
