My husband had his interview this morning and the consular officer could not have been more courteous and professional. The whole interview lasted around ten minutes. He asked my husband: how we met; what I do for work; what he does for work; why he surrendered a previous green card; where he lived in London while in university; and how long we've been married. It was simple, straightforward, and professional.

The people at the embassy have been very helpful through the whole process. At the interview we presented our documents and they asked some questions and looked over our evidence.

The U.S. Embassy in Dar es Salaam was very accomodating. First, they allowed my fiance to pick up his Packet 3, as he was traveling there for his medical check. Second, his medical results didn't arrive until one day before the interview date, and the embassy still allowed him to be scheduled!
The interview itself went very smoothly. Evidently my fiance was missing one form (the online DS-160), but they approved him on the conditions that he get it completed the next day. They asked basic questions such as "How did you two meet?", "What do you intend to do in the U.S. for work?" and "Why do you love your fiance?"
Overall, the U.S. Embassy in Dar es Salaam treated us extremely well and we are so grateful to be moving forward!

My wifes interview only took about 2 hours for the entire process to complete. I was not allowed to sit in for her actual interview which lasted in less than 30 min but was later called in to handle some information the office needed for her paperwork, at the end of the interview.
According to my wife, the interview was very casual and was centered around confirming weather the information we had provided during the intire process and the accompanied documents were correct.
When I asked her how she wouold rank the overall interview experiance she said it was "Excellent"
