Everything was very quick though we were lucky to get an early interview due to someone canceling. We were allowed to submit the medical exam results after the interview. Everything was processed timely. Interview was reasonable.

The system did not allow me to enter the date of NOA2. It was 2022-10-15.
It took long and I would suggest that the fiancee should complete the vaccine requirements during the period.

Electronic products must be left at the security checkpoint for safekeeping.
The officers asked lots of questions but were friendly, if you prepare all the required documents and answer questions honestly, everything will be just fine.
The officer said I would get my visa around a week after the interview.

Straight forward interview, the consular reviewed/checked all documents, inquired about the planned residence in US, and just said it looked everything was in order and she would approve the case. We did wait a bit for the final decision due to the holiday season (our case stayed "denied" for 4 weeks, then we got final update in January the following year.

Entrance into AIT is restricted -- if your name isn't on the interview notice, you won't be allowed in. There are a lot of things that are restricted from being taken into AIT (think airport security). Officer didn't give any grace -- the case will be on hold and documents kept at AIT until you send what is missing. However, in the process of contacting AIT after the interview, we found them to be very prompt with their replies (contact via email only, unless they use phone to contact you).
