My fiancée waited for more than an hour inside the consulate until she could get interviewed. They asked her if she spoke English, and even though she said she only spoke a little, the officer proceeded to conduct the interview in English. They asked her where we met, how the engagement was, if she had a chance to meet my parents and if I met hers, where she would be living in the US, and if she was sure she wanted to marry me. The interview itself took about 10 minutes. After the officer typed up the questions, he said the visa was approved and would arrive within three business days.
Funny enough, the officer did not keep nor did he even look at the chat logs or I-134 Affidavit of Support!

AIT (American Institue in Taiwn) where I had my interview was a little confusing in the beginning. I had to figured out where to go on my own, but if you pay attention to the little signs or ask somebody there, it wasn't to confusing at all. My interviewer was pretty nice. He smiled at me all the time. One thing that surprised me was that he asked me for the photos I had with my fiance at the school we went together, otherwise they only asked me for the documents that listed on paper. To sum up, it's always to be prepared.

experience with everything up to the interview was horrible. will get to that in a minute.
note to those applying for CR-1, you do not need to wait in line. outside of AIT, there is an entrance for american citizen services, and then a line for visas. for immigrant visas, you can just let the guard know that your interview appt is at whatever time, and they should let you through; no need to wait in line with non-immigrant visa interviewers. phone checked at a cubicle and a security check for bags and purses.
the negative experience part:
we turned in all our documents that we were told to prepare at window 8 (everything requested on that letter from NVC/AIT). this part was still okay. we were then called to window 5, where an older taiwanese lady officer had our folder and was reviewing everything. she was INCREDIBLY rude.
her: (rudely) why did you not put it into the order that we requested!!? your HHR is not here where it ... read complete review

In general, the employees there were all nice and patient, and luckily there were only one people in front of me, didn't wait so long
There are three steps to follow:
1. Hand in passport, photos, required document, medical exam report. Also, she asked for update tax info and police certificate
The lady asked: have u live aboard over 1 year? have u been to America?
2. The second lady review my documents and ask me to provide my the fingerprint, and ask more question: what do u do?
3. The last lady doing the interview
All the process took 1hr and half
