Very quick and efficient. The interview lasted 15 minutes. Basic questions about marriage, nothing probing or too deep.

Review per my wife:
I’m gonna try & write this as detailed as possible, but for you who don’t like to read a lot, at least read this one tip:
Have your documents in order, with the checklist as reference. First thing on the checklist is the document you have on the top of your little pile, basically.
I also kept documents & proof separated, & I divided the proof into different categories (pictures in one folder, correspondence etc in another).
This saved me a lot of time & stress.
OK so! I’m lucky & live walking distance from the embassy, wanted to be out in good time & therefore arrived kind of early: 07:35.
My interview was scheduled to be at 08:30, just like all the other immigrant visa applicants I talked to. So it’s first come, first served.

My visa interview was on September 29th 2016 at 8:30am. I was lucky to get there when I did, there was only one person in front of me. If you drive, you can park right next to the embassy, I am not sure if they charge or not for parking. Make sure to stand in the immigrant line and not in the little "bus stop" thing, because that's not for non-immigrant visas Also, in case it rains, or looks like it might, bring an umbrella or something to protect your papers with. It was dripping when I got there.
My original interview date was 10/21, but on the Swedish US consulate website I managed to reschedule it for a way earlier date, so in case you're not happy with the date just keep an eye out for an earlier one! But make sure that the interview is at least 2 weeks in advance. I was lucky and had mine come in the day before, and I had just done mine a week earlier after reading they give you a 221(g) slip if they need to wait for your medical.
