- How did you and your fiance meet?
- What did your fiance do when she was living in Spain?
- When is the last time you saw your fiance?
- Where does your fiance live now?

I was able to get inside ten minutes before the appointment. They asked me for the papers and then I have to wait for a few minutes for the interview. The interview was short and the questions were quite simple. I wasn't asked for additional proof. Both the interviewer and the first lady were very nice.

In the first call they asked me for my passport, only one picture, and my birth, marriage and police certificates (including the translations, if applicable). They took my fingerprints, and asked me if I had been in the US bef... read complete review

All good and simple. They will first ask you for some more documents before the interview. Short wait and a consular officer sked a few easy and simple questions about my relationship. Total time, less than an hour.
