So this is all from my fiancee:
She lives in Lleida, Spain so she left the medical files and x-rays there in Spain to pick up on the day of the interview since it's so far that it would be silly to go back just to pick those up. She got them at 10 AM and her interview was 10:30 AM. She got to the embassy on time and they searched her and her things, held on to her cell phone since they arn't allowed, and let her in. Could turn up any time between 9 and 10.30.
Sent out for coffee between lady who goes through papers and interview with CO.
Did NOT need H's birth certificate, divorce papers or any proof of relationship.
CO starts actual interviews around 11.30
Very relaxed short talk about how we met and what hubby does.
Wasn't asked to swear in!
Just handed DS230 and told to sign.
What? No welcome to America? lol
Honestly could not have been less stressful.

I think it is pretty good. They send the information in one packet and they're pretty flexible with the interview appointments.
The Consular officer was very nice to me and I had a very comfortable interview.
