Okay.. I am writing for my fiancee who had an interview in Seoul today.
Everything went fine, except for a blue slip that she received for requiring "no expunged crimes" in the police report. Now in her packet 3, this information was not clear. She told me that there were count number of others who had same issues and they were all issued blue slip.

What a day.
Got to the embassy at 7:30. They let me in and I proceeded to the 3rd floor. Filled out a courier receipt, waited for 5 minutes. A lady at window 305 asked to see me. I gave her all the documents except for a very bulky scrapbook with all our photos/bus tickets/letters etc. I thought that photos would be requested later. I thought wrong. As it turns out, the KNPC requirement has changed and it now needs to state a record of "no expunged crimes"...I didn't know this and received a blue slip to hand in the correct KNPC with translations.
The CO interview went like this:
Hi, how are you? - I'm well thanks and you?
I'm good.
He swore me in, right hand in the air.
How did you meet? - On Myspace in October 2009.
When did you meet in person for the first time? - I said the day and month but not year, so he said: "Yes, but what year?" - November 2009.
Where was th... read complete review

People assigned to my case helped a lot to process it as soon as possible and answered all my questions kindly and in details.
The interviewer was very professional, and at the same time he was very nice and even joked a little. His friendly attitude significantly calmed my nerves.
Altogether very good experience.
One surprise - the security at the Embassy is all Korean, and they do not speak any English whatsoever.

well today my Interview was smooth~
i arrived at the embassy at 7:00am,they didnt open until 7:55 some like it.
after you get in,at the embassy you have to fill this "express delevery" lil papers, and go to the 3rd floor and take a number and wait until you get called.
then again you have to wait, until they call you back again lol... for me it took like 2hr n 30 min to finish everything... but people were so kind, also the pperson who did my interview was from where my Fiance it is at right now, so i think was much easier, also like i said before GOD was there with me ,also he did a lil jokes..
so the questions were this:
where do you guys meet?
Have you met his family?
How long have you been dating?
What does he do for a living?
When do we intent to get married?
they were so smooth Questions, mixed with jokes
so, good luck for everyone
and GOD BLESS YOU!

The interview date was set at 3/28/11. 8:00 A.M.
It was o.k. People were nice, and everything was going without any porblems, except the finger print machine was out of order, and they tried to exchange the machine. Any how, they gave us a Blue paper that my finacee need to wait for further processing, and they would call. Finally they called yesterday that the VISA has been approved. As other people already wrote, we were there at 7:45 a.m. and took the number at the third floor. Interview itself took only 10 Min. Waiting was about an hour. Anyway. please pay your fee at the designated bank and bring the receipt. K-1 visa requires bank receipt, not paying in the consulate office. Thank you everyone, and I will share any info if you need.
