My fiance's interview went well. He was asked several questions and the consular collected some documents from him. Since the clinic (see medical review) didn't send his exam information, he was not able to get an approval. Thankfully, the consular kept his passport and told him to wait two weeks while they awaited the documents and processed everything. Overall the interview was quite painless and efficient. If it wasn't for the clinic, I would have no complaints at all.

Medical appointment was routine and went well. My fiance received all required exams and immunizations. My only complaint is that the medical exam was in May and the clinic waited 3 weeks to deliver his documents to the consulate. This is causing a serious delay in our visa processing and is so upsetting.

Interview was at the American embassy in Freetown. It was a nice experience apart from the embassy leaving us at the messy of the rains that morning. Interview delayed a little due to the door leading to the interview room developing a fault and failing to open. The interview begun with the CO asking me the correct pronunciation of my name since he couldn't pronounce it the right way.
He asked my wife's name.
The last time I saw her.
Whether she's been married before.
Whether I've been married before.
How many kids I've.
How old my daughter is.
And my daughter's date of birth.
He then said "You're Approved."

Interview was at the Sierra Leonean embassy in Freetown. The consular officer was friendly aside the embassy allowing the rains to lash us due to their inability to open their faulty gate leading to the interview room. The following questions were asked.
How's your name pronounced? He couldn't pronounce my name when it was my turn?.
What's your wife's name?
Has she been married before,
Have you been married before?
When was the last time you saw your wife?
Do you've kids?
What's your daughter's date of birth?
Then he said you're approved. He gave me back my documents and I left.
