INTERVIEW
3-1/2 hours Total time at Embassy.
After submitting forms, my fiancee had to wait a long time for her turn at the Interviewing section. Interview lasted 5 minutes and all she was asked to explain was the way we met. That was it. No need to show pictures or emails or telephone calls. Nothing. Just one question and she was approved. Interview was done in English.

We brought our 11 month old daughter along with us, and we got rushed to the front of every line. We had to wait a long time there, but our interview was by a very friendly woman, she only asked a few questions - "how many times has he come to visit" and "how old is your daughter?" and "does she have american citizenship?" and "what language do you communicate in?". It was maybe 2 minutes max. They did question me about my tax returns, but the tax receipts were accepted fine.

I was there for the interview with my fiancee. No problem getting into the Embassy with her. Lots of waiting inside (for 3 hours total) - but the whole process seemed to be organized pretty well considering how many people were there applying for visas. The interview itself was very easy and short - about 2 minutes for each of us, the same questions - where we met for the first time and how many times since then, and what we like about each other. That was it! The consular officer - a young girl - was nice and friendly, and didn't ask for any of the additional evidences (photos, emails, etc) we brought with us. My fiancee was a bit disappointed by that - she expected more formal and thorough interview. Other than that it was a very good experience overall.
The passport with visa came back in the mail about a week later, along with a sealed envelope, and another envelope they used to return our photos submitted with a petition.

It was a very easy, 5 minutes interview with a nice lady officer who was very friendly. She kept smiling through interview, was asking questions about our relationship which made me feel as if she really was interested, not merely doing her job. All the questions were super easy. Basically she asked me to describe history of our relationship. When I finished speaking, she typed something on her computer, and asked me: 'so when did you guys get married"? To which I happily informed her that we are PLANNING to get married. And that was it. She told me that my visa was approved and I left embassy 3 hours after I had entered the building.
