Very nice people at the embassy. We did have a problem retrieving the VISA as they had a computer glitch. They did however call me when they said and kept me up to date with where they were in the process. The embassy allowed us to go there and pick up the VISA.

Interview was yesterday at the Bucharest consulate. Many others have well covered the check-in and fingerprinting process so I will skip that.
The interview lasted about 15 minutes and consisted of maybe 20 or 25 questions. We covered all of the general things, like "how did you meet" and "what are your wedding plans"? Tougher questions centered on my previous marriage and my fiancé's previous (denied ) F-1 application.
In the end the CO said "congratulations, I can tell you, you are approved". And that we would receive the visa in time to travel together on Tuesday.
But today when I went on the CEAC website to check the status it says "Administrative Processing". Is that a normal case status to issue the visa in Bucharest, or are we in the dreaded black hole of AP?

I had the interview for my visa on 13th September 2016, 1 pm. Long waiting and disappointing result.
I arrived at the embassy 1 hour earlier, just to be sure I'll be in time. I have waited until 1 pm in front of the Embassy across the street. At 1 pm a guardian or something came out with a list and requested our names and when are we appointed for the interview. He called us to go 2 by 2 inside the embassy. First we went through security check(no electronics allowed. If you have any, they are going to keep them until you are finished with the interview). I exited the security area point and went into another building. Inside there were like 12 or 15 windows in a row and waiting chairs. There was a security guy that told me to go to window no 2 if there's no one there and give my passport. So I did.
After I gave my passport to the lady from window no 2,I was told to take a seat in the waiting room. I waited for about 15 minutes and then I was called to window no 5 to have my ... read complete review

Arrived there at 12:15 but my appointment was scheduled for 13:00 so i was waiting for like 30-40 mins outside. I got in, passed the security check, got inside. After that i paid the tax, got my fingerprints taken and after like 30 mins i was called for the REAL INTERVIEW. After a lot of questions the lady said ,, i aproved your visa'', with a smile on her face !
