Forgot to add that my fiance' received packet 3 about a week after the consulate got it, and he hand-delivered it back to them. He was able to schedule an interview only 5 days later! Then, on the interview day, he was told that the visa was approved; but had to come back the next day to pick the visa up.

I am rating this from the information given by my fiance (he may have time later to do a more thorough one). He attended his medical the day before, which went well. He paid the 1st time and was asked to return that afternoon for an eye exam, where he had to pay again! The next day, he had about a 10 minute interview, where he was thoroughly questioned. Questions included:
Why did your cousin introduce you to her?
What do you talk about on the phone? (asked this 3 times)
How often are you talking on the phone?
How long do you plan to be in the US?
When did you meet for the 1st time?
When did you see her in person the 1st time?
What do you like about her?
How long have you spent in person together?
When did you first begin to talk about marriage?
When did you propose marriage?
Have you talked with her parents? How often?
What are the names and ages of her siblings?

 finally !!!! Hey Everyone txs for the congrats, It took a while, but only for the better. The lady at the interview asked AnaMaria just one question, and she had the wrong answer. She asked her how long I have been in the states, and AnaMaria was off by a couple years. Anyway the lady was Romanian and told my fiancee that "Logodnicul tau ma zapacid de cap" since i have been calling the embassy like five times, with questions and resched process. Well hope everything is going to work out for all of you. Vic
