Ok, 3 hours wait (1-4pm)
officials were very nice always!
Fisrt to arrive, last to leave, being early does not help!
Biometrics (fingerprints) --have clean fingers. One person was rescheduled because they had a wound on their finger (a small wound).
Interview:
Engagement ring was looked at.
How did you meet? Where exactly did you meet? When did you meet in person? How long did you meet with fiance last time you meet?
Does fiance want to have children? When do you want to have children?

Bucharest Consulate Officials were always very helpful and professional. The day of the meeting, we were helped with in minutes of our appointment time. My Fiancee\\\' was called to the counter for documentation, she was asked for both her and my divorce decrees (both origional and a copy, no need to translate and notarize, just copies), birth Certificate of her and her daughter, Police Certificate and the permission Letter from her Child\\\'s father.
Information that was asked of from me was my tax returns (2008 and 2009 were all that were needed, I had them notarized) and the I-134 form.
My Fiancee had prepared a folder with our evidencuary information, included in the packet was: Photos, Boarding Passes, Passport stamps, Email, Cards with stamped envelopes. Interviewer accepted all the information in the folder.
We had about a 40 minute wait and My Fiancee\\\' was called to the window for her interview. Some of the questions asked were: 1... read complete review

My fiance had his interview today at the American Embassy in Bucharest and he was approved!!!!! His appointment was at 1PM and he left at about 5PM, so he was there for about 4 hours. He said it was the easiest thing he has ever done and that everyone was SUPER nice! The interview portion only lasted about 5 minutes. They asked him: Where we met, when we met, how did we meet, where I live, if I have any siblings and how many, if they all live at home, and where he will live when he gets to America.
When he was first there he handed forms, police records, financial info, and his birth certificate to a woman behind the window. Next, he went to another window and paid the biometric fee of 131 USD. After this he waited a while to be called for the interview where he stood at a window and was asked questions about our relationship. After this he waited some more and then they called him again and handed him his visa and said, "Welcome to America!" Yaaaayayyyyyyyyyyy!

Nice people at the Embassy. The only complain I have it's about the waiting time. We waited for about 4-5 hours to get the visa.
