We did a K3 in Warsaw back in May 2004. Had a wonderful experience. It couldn't have gone any smoother. I, of course, used the resources of this board and was well beyond prepared going in, so that of course helped. The lady helping us was super. We had, fortunately, no lines on the day we went. The office was pretty dead apart from a few Russian love matches. All in all, a wonderful experience.

I am one of the 2 that voted above avarage instead of exellent, for only one reason.
They've lost my Criminal Check form, but everything else fine, since I manaeged to obtain new one the same day and was allowed to come back wit it.
Nice and profesional people. Not only consular officers but even security stuff. Very pleasant experience afterall. TWo thumbs up

I can only agree with pilot's girl. warsaw embassy does an excellent job! Everything was very easy and smooth, the officers seem to be really friendly and nice. My interviewer was very polite and the whole interview was almost like old buddies conversatio. she was very laid back and confident. No tricky questions, nothing. very straighforward.

One thing though, some of the officers just wehn you enter the embassy seem to be a little bit ignorant to those who are not polish. I clearly stated and was just shaking my head whenever they spoke polish to me, but none of them really wanted to understand that. i know some polish, i understand some of the words and can speak some and even said i "don't understand" in polish, but they were just keep on talking their language. I didn't care though, they were pointing fingers there and here and i understood. strange though

anyways, my experience was really pleasant and i just want to wish ... read complete review

I've been at the Warsaw Embassy 3 times: for J1, B1/B2 and finally for K1. No problems any of those times. K1 interview was very pleasant. Exteremely nice lady, very quick interview, did not have to present any additional evidence supporting our relationship (my fiance was with me all the time during the interview), although we brought plenty.

The only downside I can think of is the long line outside and annoying people approaching you all the time offering help filing the forms or cheap tickets. But I guess that's not the Embassy's fault :P Just pretend you don't speak Polish. We did. Lol.

As for processing, no problems either. My fiance was coming to Poland around the time we could get the interview, so I wrote a letter to the Embassy requesting a date within a certain timespan, and was granted an interview date when my fiance was in Poland :D

Thumbs up for Warsaw
