This information is secondhand from my husband, as I was not in attendance.

We received our interview letter 12 weeks after being DQ'ed by NVC, six weeks before the interview was to take place. I uploaded everything into CEAC and prepared a binder following instructions with the checklist from the Warsaw embassy. My husband arrived the Saturday before a Monday morning appointment, just to make sure nothing went awry with train travel. He said he was allowed inside only with documents (no phone, no accompanying visitors. I also would not have been allowed inside, per the consulate's email.) He said he waited for about three hours and was asked to provide required documents (passport, police certificate, our marriage certificate), asked about what our jobs were, and asked when and where we were married. All in all, he took less than ten minutes, and was approved. We are now waiting for his passport to be delivered back to his home per the US Travel Docs website.

The interview itself seemed to go smooth, we were initially approved after the interview. We received an email to come back to the embassy the following day, we did and learned we required an I-130 waiver due to immigration history. Our status is now Administrative Review with CEAC until our waiver is approved.

The interview was very smooth, the staff at the embassy were very helpful and polite. No serious trick questions, just some conversation about how we met and background, possibly because we had a lot of pictures and documentation stretching a good few years back.

Unfortunately the wait was seriously long (3h+) and without a phone or book it gets really boring, book early morning slots if you can, you'll wait less. Also, with the wait times being as high as they are, the embassy will require you to submit new Letters of Intent. The consul was asking me to just email updated ones before I produced hard copies, which he also accepted.
