ALL went well! The only problem was when my wife took some pictures in front of the embassy. A guard took her camera but when he questioned her and discover that they were from the same hometown he returned the camera when she departed the grounds. The I-129F petition for a K-1 visa was approved and the visa was mailed.

I got off to a rough start, I found out about my interview date a week before and I had not recieved the appointment letter yet. All this and my Husband while my husband was dep[loying to Iraq. St. Lukes got me a copy of the appointment letter, and I was able to get everything done for the interview. I brought more stuff then I needed for the interview. I was also nervus, especialy at the begining of the interview. Afterwords the officer interviewing me was very ni8ce and polite and completly diferent then I would have expected. A week latter I had my visa delivered to me, six months later I flew home to the USA to live with my Asawa

yeehaw!!!! Personal questions were asked about my marriage like when, where and who. I was asked to look at my marriage pictures and show the consolate that evidence showing a marriage relationship. Remember that when you go to the embassy they randomly call the numbers. Being at the embassy early doesnt matter because you get a random number inside. So if your appointment is at 7:00 show up at 7. Not first come first serve. How long have you been married? What does your husband do for work? How old is your husband? Can your husband support you? Please show your husbands w-2 and employment information? Apparently age was not a factor. 5 minutes for prescreening(submit all required documents) and 3 minutes for consolute interview. Then go to delbros window 35 to pay fees for delivery. Then go home (the time is spent by waiting in line and number)

We had our papers in order and it was a short interview! Lorna passed with no problems. Lorna flew from Manila April 26th which was 15 days after the interview.

The interview went well. Leondesa was asked how did we meet?; if I had been married; if I had children. I was asked if I was the petitioner. I was asked when We will get married; I said when she gets to the US. The consulate flipped through the Yahoo messages. I was kind and did not submit all three inches of the stack. She flipped through the emails. She said you certainly have coorespondence. Go to the next window for delivery instructions. Then we went off to the Delbros window.
