All things considered it started out ok. My fiancee arrived at the Embassy at 6:30am and was done around 2 or 3pm i think. She went thru the process and finally the interview. The consulor asked her several question, then told her everything was in order and sent her out to wait for them to call her number.
When they were ready for her they said everything looked ok and to pay the Delbros fee. But when they didn't send her the visa after a week i called them and they said they sent it to the Philippine government even tho they told my fiancee everything was ok.
I've asked several times what the problem is and they refuse to tell us, just that they are verifying my fiancee's documents. They gave us a 4-6 week time period, as of this time filing this out it has been 2 months and they still tell me to wait. We see no end in sight. I have requested for them to call the Philippines government and ask why it's taking so long and her response was "we can't call... read complete review

The Filipino interviewer at the pre-interview counter (14) is amiable. But he surely made sure all the documents submitted were originals and that you have submitted everything they need. The Annulment Decree of the Filipino alien fiance/e is very important for them to show proof that the alien fiance/e is free to marry He interviewed the K2's and even established rapport with them. The American Consul on the other hand only interviewed the K1 fiancee. Very serious and meticulous, he got me scared there for a while. But I told him what is factual and I had been consistent with my answers. Being honest and being confident, and most important, you know your fiance (USC petitioner) very well, will surely give you visa approval. Don't forget to pray and ask for the Lord's guidance.

Fellow Vjers,
Well the day that we have been dreaming of has finally come for us. Today, We went to the US Embassy in Manila and had our interview and the Visa was approved.
We arrived at 6 am and waited in line for the security checks. by the way, when you get in line make sure it is the farthest to the right, because this is the K visa line and it is very short, the other 2 are very long.
We went through security and into the waiting room where they place you at a window to receive a number that will be your number throughout the entire day, don't lose it!
Then they call you by your name to the finger scan window at window 17.
Next you watch for your number on the screen and then go to windows 14-26 to be pre interviewed. Here they take the documents they want to substatiate their approval. Take them out of the folders and hand them to the interviewer one by one. It will be an filipino interviewer. They took... read complete review
