My fiancee said that the interview process was not bad at all. She went in and took a number. When her number was called a Filipono gentleman gathered her paperwork and asked her how we met, what I did for work and when was the last time I was there to see her. She was then asked to sit down and was later called and interviewed by an American who asked the same things plus did she feel like she would be safe with me. Then her visa was approved and took 1 week to deliver to Cebu from Manila.

Our visa was again delayed by the consulate requesting additional documents. Just seems to me that the USCIS should have requested the documents during their 8 months processing time. Then the NVC also held the petition for 6 weeks plenty of time to request any documents if needed. The documents were submitted within 48 hours and the wait is on, AGAIN !

Fast and easy... the medical exam did not arrive in time but they received it two days after the interview and sent the visa very soon after. I had much more paperwork than they needed, but better safe than sorry.

The interview went well. The pre-screener and CO was very friendly and nice to us. Our interview lasted for about 15min. only. Glad I had a nice CO.
