Interview appointment: Dec 11th 7:00 AM
The end result was approval !!!
But there were many questions regarding my divorce. The CO even threw out the word fraud. I believe this was to gauge the reaction of my wife. She knew the details of my divorce and discussed them with the CO. It's good she knew these details and was able to provide them from memory.
The documents reviewed by the CO were the typical ones. They included all of the required and copies of emails and pictures. But the CO did not care to see any of the chat or phone logs.
Thank God this is done...it's a very stressful situation to be in for the Benificaries.

I was scheduled for an 8:30 appointment. I arrived at the embassy around 6:45 and was instructed by the embassy guard to sit with the other 8:30 applicants. After few minutes, the guard told us we can go inside the embassy and asked us to sit behind the 8:00 applicants. It was very cold inside. I told her Saint Luke's kept it and I was told that they will forward it to the embassy. Then she asked if I was pregnant, I said no. She then gave me my number. They were calling numbers/names for finger scanning so I had to be attentive because the sound was too low and choppy. It took almost 2 hours before my name was called to Window 16 for my fingers to be scanned. I was quick. Some people can't follow simple instructions that's why it took them longer than it should. Anyway, after 5 minutes, my number (6082) flash... read complete review

Scheduled at 7:00AM for all K visas. Arrived at 4:30AM. Interview went well for both mother and daughter. Told it was approved at 11:30AM. Had the medical the week before and it took only two days for both of us. The K-1 and K-2 Visas arrived by courier in Manila (where we stayed) a week later. My future husband then booked flight to the USA for the following day!
