Pay attention to the prohibited items listed on USTravelDocs- No cell phones, laptops or other electronics.
Very busy Embassy. Took 40 minutes to get through security stages. Interview scheduled for 6:30, waited until 8:30. Interviewer visibly annoyed and frustrated during interview. Said "I want to hurry" when beneficiary was providing her the requested original documents.
Given a 221g for lacking i-864 supporting documents-- which was uploaded to CEAC and present at interview (but perhaps lost in translation).
From the faces in the embassy, a lot of denials were happening.

Appointment was at 6:30AM. Arrived at 6:15AM, we were placed toward the front of the line with other individuals who were with small children. US Citizens are allowed to enter and stay in the waiting area. They are only allowing in a limited number of people at a time into the facility to keep in line with current CoViD-19 guidelines. US Consul was friendly and asked similar questions as others have reported; Where did you meet your spouse? How long have you been together? Does your husband have any other children? Was your husband married before? What does your husband do for a living? Why is your husband living here in the Philippines with you? What brought your husband to the Philippines? Where will you be staying in the US? How many people will be living in the house where you plan to stay in the US? The consul said she was going to recommend my case for approval and we were finished with everything by 8:00AM.

We requested an expedited visa interview and it was approved on November 14, 2020. In the email they their was a link to the process of what we needed to do next. In the process it stated that we needed to wait for an email from the US Embassy in Manila with the interview date. It also stated that we would have to schedule the Medical Exam at St. Luke's Medical Center Extension Clinic "after" we receive the interview letter. It stated that we would need the interview letter in order to schedule the Medical Exam. We waited 2 months or so and did not hear anything from the Embassy about my wife's interview date. After looking on the VisaJourney timelines, I was noticing that some people were getting interview dates that had applied after us. It seemed some people were jumping ahead of us. So, I did some research on the US Embassy website and found contact information for the embassy in Manila. I decided to take a chance and send an email to the embassy asking about our status. ... read complete review
