HELPPPPP...!!! ABOUT EXPIRATION... FORM I-134
hi guys, please if someone can help me out with this question, cause my fiance has to fill out the form I-134, and he wants to know, where he can find out the last form I-134, we just found the last one expired in 2007, so he would fill out that form, cause we can not find out a newest...???
PLEASE HELP GUYS, CAUSE MY INTERVIEW IS VERY SOON...

I still can not believe how easy and smooth our interview went after all stress we had in our minds.
Interview was scheduled for May 27th at 9am. We entered the embassy around 8:45am they took our appointment letter(first page out of 5) and told us to wait until we are called. After 10 min. my husband was called on window 14, he showed his passport they asked for passport pic and again we were told to wait for call. Around 9:15am we were called again on window 12 and lady who was there asked my husband for medical exam results, she asked me if I was his wife, she also asked my husband what do we have from proof, well...we had many chats, phone calls prints, cards that I was sending him, emails  but she only took our pictures, I want to mention that she was speaking Spanish to my husband and English to me(cause I dont speak Spanish at all). She also asked my husband how many times I had been in Peru, what dates and she put all those information in a system, ... read complete review

Our interview was at 8:15AM on Friday, May 23rd. We got into line at 7:30, and were inside by 7:50am. In the line, a woman was walking around, marking a number on the appointment letters. We were given number 8, although, it seems we were couple/family number 5 going into the interview room. We Have no idea where or what the 8 was for.
We were called up to the first window within 20 minutes, where the clerk asked for photos!! We were like, which photos? Then my fiancee explained that she had form DS-156 with 5cm by 5cm photos pasted on them; to which the clerk said, yes, give me that, and the other copy and passport as well. I have no idea what she would have wanted to do with 5cm by 5cm photos by themselves; we had planned to be asked for the forms first, then the photos, so it seemed a bit strange and confusing to be asked for photos as the very first thing.

i was asked for fome info on my interview... i will try to keep it short....
my original interview date was april 7th. BTW the letter with the date arrived like 10 days before that so it is a very good idea getting the papers before getting that. As soon as i had arranged holidays to go to the states the last 2 weeks of april, i called to move my interview to may 5th. first they told me that they can nt give me the date but it should be in aprox 1 month and asked me to wait for the new package. y called 2 weeks afer to ask for my interview date and the system did not show a date... so i asked it for 5th may again. then i called again like 2 weeks later and this time they di say that the interview was on 5th may and as soon as i did not receive any packege she was going to send the order to be sent again. At the end i had 4 packages at home. the bad part.... the papers inside were not all the same......

WOW.... FINALLY !!! IT WAS MUCH EASIER THAN ANTICIPATED. THE OFFICER INTERVIEWED ME, THE AMERICAN.....JAJAJA ADVICE....SHOW UP EARLY THEY GO BY THE TIME YOU ARRIVE, NOT THE TIME IN LETTER. GOOD LUCK TO ALL...... AND PLEASE STAY CALM....GOD WATCHES ALL
