We arrived at the Embassy at 1:45pm for my husband's interview at 2:30pm. There were about 20 other people waiting outside. We should the guard the interview letter and he seemed confused and told us to sit and wait while he called inside. At 2:15 we were let in through security and entered the interview area where another 20 or so people were waiting. At 2:20, Elvio was called up to the window to hand in his medical results, passport and 1 passport-sized photo. He was not asked for my 2011 tax forms. He sat back down and we waited again. At 3:45 he was finally called back up for the interview. I went up to the window with him. The interviewer took him fingerprints then asked the following questions:

Interview was short and done through a window. The officer asked the following questions: Where does your wife live? Where does your wife work and what is her title? What are you going to do in the U.S? How do you maintain your long-distance relationship?
He didn't ask for photos.

The embassy in Paraguay is awesome! Very easy to get in contact with them and they're quick to repond to your inquiries. As far the interview, it didn't last very long. Asked him the usual questions: when's my birthday, how did we meet, the date we met, etc.
