My wife's interview went very smooth she was asked following questions:
1- Who is sponsering you?
2- Asked name of Husband?
3- Where does he live in US?
4- Where does he work?
5- VO asked to show pictures of wedding if you have and pix were seen.
After getting all ansers the VO congratulated my wife and said you are all set! and asked the nearest city where she can pick up visa. He said we will call you on your cell phone that we have right here pointing a form which she acknowledged. He said you will get a call bet 7-10 days to pick up your visa.

The embassy moved the date of the interview quite a bit so we had to rush to get the medical exam and other things together in time for the interview. They only asked 3 questions in the interview, but left us unsure of what is happening next. Glad to have that behind us, and we're hoping results wont take too long

June 21, 2007 NVC forwarded case to Islamabad after processing.
Sept 2007 bulletin declared priority date is current.
Received pkt-4 from US consulate Islamabad on Sept 13th 2007, requesting documents like Birth cert, Police cert and marriage cert for all family members (one daughter DOB Jan 09th 1987, one son DOB Oct 17th 1992 and Wife DOB Jan 01st 1958). Submitted to courier service the DS 232 filled forms, photo graphs, copies of passports and all other documents on Sept 28th 2007.
Informed by e-mail on Oct 04th about ageout case and received appointment for interview @ Islamabad on April 30th 2008 (after 200 days).
Requested by e-mail for an earlier appointment due to age-out case but consulate replied for no change of interview schedule and not to worry about age-out case.

A very busy consulate, tons of visit visa folks are allowed to enter the embassy before any immigrant folks are allowed in. Expect long wait times, plan on spending the whole the day there and eat a good breakfast before leaving for the embassy at 6:00 AM. There are 12 windows in a small room, that is crammed full of people. Once you get into the room, you will be called by your name to first submit the fee, then the paperwork and finally to be interviewed. There is absolutely no order as when your name will be called during any of the three times, just be patience and listen for it, trust me they will not miss you, as they will send someone all the way outside yelling your name if you do not show up at the window. Plan on staying in islamabad if you can afford it, cleaner and closer.
