We are currently going through this consulate. They have been very helpful with both myself and my fiance with answering questions over the phone and email. They only send out one packet to cover packet 3&4. The medical was a breeze. All of 5 minutes for him. They have plenty of time to schedule interviews for and can be the same day as the medical. His interview is actually on wednesday so I'll update how that goes.
