Please has any one being in this situation before..??
I went to my interview last week and it was successful.
The CO gave me 3 papers and told me to expect and collect my visa within 10 business working days.
However, after 2days I got an email saying:
Dear...( ),
Subsequent to your visa interview at the US Consulate on (date), the interviewing officer who interviewed you has requested to see you again. Please return to the US Consulate on (date) by 7am. You should come with a copy of this email.
Please what could that entail and do we need to go there with more documents??
Secondly, my status online is showing "Necessary Administrtaive Processing.
Thank you.

Arrived at the Embassy at 6.15am. I know, I was late cos my uber driver lost his way. There were up to 300 people. I almost lost hope but I was relieved when the security guys called the immigrant visa applicants with 6.30am interview first. I was the 4th person on the queue. One of the security guys asked us to ready the international passport, DS-160 confirmation page, appointment confirmation letter and the medical report. We were shortly ushered into another holding area. There were checks after checks until we got to the interview room.
There were so many people there too. It looked like a busy banking hall. I was given a number after submitting the necessary documents to an African lady. Few moments later, my number was up. I was interviewed by a blonde lady. I did the oath and the fingerprint stuff. She proceeded with the interview with the following questions:
Where and when did you meet?
When was the last time you met?
When did you p... read complete review

I’m so grateful to God and to visa journey, which was of enormous help to me throughout this visa process. In return, I too wish to share my interview experience at the Lagos U.S embassy.
I had my interview on 11th Oct. I reside in Abuja, so I came into Lagos on Sunday, two days before my interview date. The roads were so bad that I spent almost the whole day on the road; it was so annoying but these are the challenges when you're out to get something done.
The day before the interview, I lodged at a near by hotel to the embassy, which was relatively affordable. By 4am I woke up out of anxiety, though my alarm was set for 5am. I took my bath and started getting prepared; I left the hotel at exactly 5:21am. I left my phone with the receptionist because I already had an idea about phones not being allowed inside the embassy. I got a taxi immediately I left the hotel and I got to the embassy around 5:30am.
PRE-ENTRY CHECK IN: Check-i... read complete review
