Don't waste your time emailing them for answers. Go directly to the Embassy and speak with a consular. I give one star because they did reply to my email, but they refuse to take email correspondence seriously.

Very unorganized and some folks specially the ones managing the day to day activity seemed very rude and unfriendly. Even to get the interview date, I had to keep calling them and they have no sense of management it seems like.
Also I suggest they provide some sort of list to ensure the applicants/interviewee know exactly what documents to bring along. This will help both the parties to save some time.
On the interview date it was a bit more organized it seemed like, as there were not much interaction to be made. Consulates however were very behaved and friendly.

Officer asked just 2 questions to her.
1. How long your husband have been in US?
She answered: About 6 years.
2. What you have the other stuffs to support he is your husband?
She answered: I have couple of photo albums. I have skype chat and call log. I have emails, telephone call logs etc.... read complete review

She was at the main gate almost half hour before the interview time but Security Personal did not allow her to get in until 1 pm. So, another unexpected phone call from my beloved wife
