The interviewer orginally told my husband that the case was being sent back for AR but it was not. Instead it was denied in Casa and sent back to USCIS for further review. I am not upset totally that it was sent back I am upset that she lied to my HUSBAND not my fiance. If he were my fiance I think it would have been easier.

Interviewer was cold and asked inappropriate personal questions about our physical relationship. He was given 221g & told to replace passport that was just renewed. Interviewer stamped passport with something like "Visa Denied". Fingerprinted at interview. We were in AP for 3.5 months. Second interview scheduled by email after I contacted Consulate. They never call him to confirm even after Senator emails their office. Aziz arrives for 2nd interview after traveling over 500 kilometers to get there and they say his interviewer isn't there. "Sorry. Go home and wait for them to call you." I continue trying to contact. Morning after scheduled interview, I am able to reach them by phone and they tell him to come in at 11:00 a.m. that day.

Just wanted everyone to know that my husband just left his interview in Casa. He was interviewed by a nice African-American woman. He answered all her questions; Where do I work? Where did we meet? She did not take the I-134, though.
All in all he said she was nice and was really impressed when he told her that I speak Arabic and that my sister lives in Casa with her family. She gave him a paper and told him she was waiting for a name clearance here in the states. He is going to scan me a copy in a few.

The morning of Jamals interview he went to the café acrossed the street for breakfast and just before 8 he went to the guard and asked where he should be. There where two lines leading up to two windows . When he reached the window they asked him his business there ,he told them he was there for a K-1 visa they said ok inside and see the other window . At the window inside he was asked for all his papers and the fee then they asked him to have a seat till his name was called the room was big about 60 or so chairs all in rows most of them already full. Hours had passed and he was afraid maybe he should be somewhere else he asked the guard and he said no there is no where else . In the room was lots of chairs and many windows in front of them they would call a name and they would go to the window there is no privacy and you can know why each one is there and what is there out come he had seen many turned away . Finally there was just him and three others one was a women who wanted t... read complete review
