1st Interview:
Long and grueling and results case put in AP . CO sent case back to USCIS with recommendations to Revoke. Why because my husband couldn't explain our 2014 taxes and that he didn't know his wife very well.
Rebuttal submitted and case reaffirmed after over a year.
2nd Interview:
Some of same questions asked again and husband was sent home. CO told my husband he would get a call from a CO with a decision in a week. CO called and said my husband was approved after almost 2 weeks. He had to do medical over and get court and police reports again with marriage certificate, birth certificate and passport along with translated copies and submit all to Aramex. Final Results Visa in hand!
Applied for a K-1 Visa in 2009: Denied
Married 2011: Applied for I-130 - Petition Denied
Applied 2nd time 2014: Case put in AP returned to USCIS with recommendations to Revoke. Rebuttal submitted and case reaffirmed October 2017

Unfortunately, all I know is my husband of almost 2 years was refused with no explanation. I don't understand, I don't know why we weren't told anything. What could have happened, how do they come to a conclusion so quickly? I don't know what my next steps are. No one can or has given me any answer, any direction, any solace. I don't expect them to care about me, my feelings. or my marriage. But, I thought if we paid all of the fees and completed all of the forms and provided evidence of the long-distance (might I add) marriage that they would indeed let us know something.
Can someone, anyone, please tell me if I need to apply again or just wait?
I've spoken with a consultant and he says I need to reapply because the wait can be a year or longer.
I need help.
Maybe this is the wrong place to state this.

Entering the consulate, being finger printed, and turning in paper work went just as other interviews reported here stated. My fiance was interviewed by a Caucasian female. He was questioned for over an hour, and the CO seemed to be attempting to make him angry. She commented on my appearance/weight, and implied that he may only be trying to immigrate to the USA to be with his (male) cousin. She also (according to him) acted as if he was lying about the smallest things (me liking the beach for example). He was placed into administrative processing and told to wait two months to find out more. (On a side note this consulate is almost impossible to contact. They do not answer the phone, and most emails are responded to with generic responses). My fiance's visa was approved after about two weeks of AP. We were never notified by the consulate, and only found out because I randomly checked the online status. We signed up to have it delivered at the instruction of a friend that we met here, ... read complete review
