Well he went to the medical oct,3rd he got his results the same day after 4pm. His interview was on oct,5th he waited about six hours for his turn the interview it self was only 15min he signed ds230 part 2. The only thing he was asked was have you ever been in the u.s.a with or without a visa. He said no then the guy gave him everything back from the photos i sent out since the i130 but he did not tell him yes or no on the visa, yet he just told him go the the dhl he gave in his passport and paid the dhl fee like 100 pesos. The next day his dhl package was ready for pick up when he opend it It was a YES!!!!!!!!!!! So everything was great !!! We are happy after the long wait of 9months and thanking God everything went smooth

We all arrived in Juarez on Sunday 8/16/09. Monday AM Marcela and two sons went to medical exam. All went well here, except for nobody directs you well when you arrive. When you arrive for your medical exam, go directly to the clinic. Then @ 2pm returned for results for Marcela and 20yo son, the 10yo had to wait until Thursday. Tuesday AM all three of them tried something a little non traditional. They actually had their interview and that went extremely well. In fact, Marcela was told she would have her visas delivered to her in her hand when Diego's results were delivered. So, Wed we did nothing. Thursday @11am we returned for 10yo results of TB test. They read it but they wouldn't release results until 2pm. By then the consulate was closing but she got to speak with someone who said they would call for the results. Friday, nothing came. Saturday, still nothing. Monday AM we went to the consulate to find out that the results were never delivered. We went to get them and ... read complete review

My fiance, my 15-years-old son and I arrived Montreal the day before, July 28th, from Toronto. Initially we were going to take the train, but Via Rail went to strike the weekend before and we had to buy bus tickets instead. At the end, the strike ended on Sunday! We decided to take the bus anyway.
We arrived 7 am to the consulate on July 29th. We were third in line. The door opened at 7:35. The guards were very nice and asked my fiance if he was my lawyer. When we said he was my fiance, he said "very well". We went trough check up, that took some time because we were three. We went trough the elevator and never had time to read the list of documents but was fine because the person that received the documents was very nice and asked which documents needed in a very orderly way. We went trough the documents, first mine and then my son's. He asked me if I had sole custody and I said that according with Mexican laws yes, but I brought a consent letter from his dad and he said that w... read complete review

It all went fine, slowly but fine. I think it was because my appointment was at lunch time and the COs were leaving their windows to go eat.
I arrived at the consulate like at 10:00 my appointment was at 11:15 there was a long line of people with appointments at 11:00 but it wasn0t for recidency so go to the front and ask because when we did, they let us in another line.
Then they divide you depending on the type of visa you are getting and you go in, you have to take off your belt and put your stuff in a thing like the ones at the airport, again, no cellphones, cameras nor anything electronic, also no keys not anything like that, also no makeup, don't risk it they'll make you throw it in the trash.
After you do that they take your appointment letter and give you a number you go in to wait in a outside tent and you have to stare at the screens with numbers and the number of the window you have tog o, they'll call your number to a window and ... read complete review
