People at the Embassy, and medical office were very attentive to my mother. She left some paper behind and was not ready for the interview, she panic, and the agents were kind enough to tell her to relax to go get the paper work printed out and come back, literally few questions, and nothing else, she was approved in less than 10 minutes.

So here's our story...
Place staying while in Juarez: Wife's cousin house
Way of getting to places: Wife's ccousin's car
October 21- Biometrics appointment, appointment was at 2:00 pm. We arrived there like at 1:50 pm. Try not to arrive too early 15 minutes is perfect. We were waiting in the sun for like 40 minutes, not fun. Once inside I realized when I made the account I didn't include the letter before my passport number but the ASC people were really nice about fixing my mistake. At the window they get fingerprints and a picture. They tell you to arrive to your interview 30 minutes before and then you are done.
October 23- Medical exam, appointment was at 6:00 am at Clinica De la frontera. Got a picture taken and got a bracelet with a number. Then we had to ... read complete review

K1 Visa Review
Documents:
We brought an accordion folder with handles ($10 on amazon) for paperwork and a binder with all the original documents from our K1 packet. It wasn’t necessary to bring it to the medical or the ASC appointments, but it was helpful to keep everything organized. Each night we would organize a folder for the next day. Both were very helpful during the interview.
We had trouble figuring out what the NOA3 or “packet” was, it’s the letter with a bold heading that says you will need to present it at the interview (you’ll also need it for the ASC and the medical appointment). We just brought copies of everything to be safe.
We stopped at the consulate area (not the waiting room) on the main strip, there are guards there during the day and they are very helpful and friendly. Every time we had a question about which document or where to go, we would just stop and ask. Do not talk to the men hanging aroun... read complete review

We were originally scheduled Sept. 29, but we were missing a copy of her fingerprints! We thought we lost our opportunity and needed to wait a lot longer!! Nope!!! We scheduled an appointment for the fingerprints the very next day, and they gave us another appointment the following day at 7:00am!!!
