HI everyone,

I thought I'd do a review on my experience at the interview Aug 1st. I thought it'd be helpful since we don't have a lot of reviews on the US Embassy KL.

REVIEW:

I stayed at GTower Hotel, which is about 10mins walk from the embassy. Got there at about 850am, the embassy seemed quiet, didn't see anyone lining up outside at all. I told the lady at the counter that I didn't have it. She grunted something which sounded like she wasn't pleased. Whoops. She was fine after that though. I was out by 9.10 a.m. which left me ample time to window shop at KLCC.

I left the mall at 12.30 thinking that the guards would let people in earlier than the scheduled interview time of 1.30 but unfortunately, this time they waited until it was almost time i.e. 1.30 p.m.

There were a total of four immigrant visa applicants. The numbers we took in the morning were re-used therefore each of us were called accordingly. The officer asked me - how did we meet,... read complete review
