Consulate in Lithuania is not very busy, comparing with other countries. All immigration related interviews are scheduled on tuesdays. Arrive 15mins before scheduled interview, you have to leave all electronics like phone, watch, car remote control and other at the security post.
Once you are in the room, a very nice and friendly lithuanian lady invites you to window no2, asks for all original civil documents, sealed envelope with your medical reaults, does biometrics, gives pamphlet about immigration and asks you to sit down and wait. I had to wait for 45mins until CO invited me to his window. Very nice man greeted me with big smile. He wanted to see photo album I brought, mostly asked about my spouse, our relationship development, his parents. The interview took like 10-15mins at the most. My visa has been granted. Great experience.
Responded very quickly, and were very accommodating. Seems like they want K1's in n out as quickly as possible, as without having medical done (but having it scheduled) they allowed to send in P3 to get interview date.
Interview went quickly, general questions like "how did you meet?", "How did he propose?" and "where does he work" were only asked. And that was that!
Thanksgiving weekend coming up, but they promised for passport with visa on friday (interview took place tuesday, Thanksgiving Thursday).
Will see about that, but we got approved.
If you are worried about Vilnius embassy and your interview for K1. RELAX.

Embassy responded very quickly. After receiving documents from NVC, their packets were mailed to my fiance ASAP. Vilnius embassy allows applicants to return documents via e-mail. My fiance received a response to her response within 12 hours, and her interview was scheduled for the next day.
The interview went smoothly. The embassy staff were very friendly and well-prepared. She showed up early and was accepted early. Some embassy staff speak Lithuanian and may be native. The officer/consul was American.
She was able to return to the embassy 3 days after to pick up her passport w/ the visa and sealed packet.

1. My appointment time was 8:30, I was let in at 8:15. I was a SINGLE living soul in the waiting room! It took several minutes for somebody to come up at the window to take my documents (original documents, Photos, Police Certificates and Medical). When the lady check my name I saw 4 more names on the list for today's appointment. It makes me wonder how come I had to wait 76 days for the interview? They didn't look busy at all!!! I asked if my original documents aka certified translations are available to pick up. It was all returned to me, I gave them simple copies instead.
2. In about 5 minutes I was called for an interview, did fingerprints at the beginning. The Consul was friendly and very professional. Questions were popping out like rockets. He mostly went all the way through DS-260 I submitted on-line for the NVC. There were LOTS of questions. I mean - A LOT.
